Job summary

Pepper Money UK in Manila-based Sales Operations is seeking a Sales Operations Manager to lead a team of up to 12 Specialists handling mortgage applications, underwritings, and completions. You will ensure SLAs and KPIs are met while fostering a culture of customer service excellence.

We expect a strong background in financial services, stakeholder management, and coaching, with a focus on regulatory compliance. Hybrid work model available after probation, with initial onsite work patterns.

Qualifications

• Mortgage and specialist lending experience (desirable).
• Proven management experience with successful team leadership.
• Regulatory knowledge and compliance focus.
• Residential underwriting experience desirable.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of up to 12 Specialists handling application packaging, underwriting and mortgage completions.
• Ensure SLAs and KPIs are met while maintaining high-quality processing of mortgage applications.
• Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders and resolve escalations swiftly.
• Drive team performance through coaching, training and development.
• Contribute to strategic improvements and collaborate with peers and senior managers to deliver a seamless service proposition.
