Responsibilities

• Trains, manages, and coordinates daily operations of a 50+ employee team.
• Oversees workflow and results management to ensure compliance with policies.
• Conducts audits and provides information to management for process improvement.
• Mentors and reviews team work for accuracy and quality.
• Handles exception items and documents new procedures.
• Recommends and implements corrective action plans for process deficiencies.
• Responds to audit findings and risk control reports with corrective actions.
• Assists in implementing new or revised policies and procedures.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and established policies.
• Participates in projects and creates ad-hoc reports as delegated by management.
• Manages team performance through coaching, reviews, and corrective action planning.
