Job summary

Wipro in Manila is seeking an experienced BPO Operations leader with deep Mortgage & Property Services expertise. The role targets 10–12 years in BPO, including 6–7 years in Banking or Mortgage Operations, plus strong Mortgage Underwriting, Loan Origination and Loan Processing experience.

You will lead Mortgage Servicing, Default Servicing, Foreclosure & Loss Mitigation workstreams, oversee Residential, Property and Commercial Lending activities, and ensure compliance, risk and controls.

Qualifications

• 10–12 years of overall BPO operations experience.
• Minimum 6–7 years in Banking / Mortgage operations.
• Strong experience in Mortgage Underwriting, Loan Origination & Loan Processing.
• Knowledge of Mortgage Servicing, Default Servicing, Foreclosure & Loss Mitigation.
• Exposure to Residential / Property / Commercial Lending.
• Strong understanding of Mortgage Compliance, Risk & Controls.
• Proven people management experience in a voice-based BPO / Contact Center environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and operational delivery experience.
• UK Mortgage experience preferred. US, Australian, and other mortgage market experience can also be considered.

• Location: Manila, Philippines


• Shift: UK Shift working hours (4 PM to 1 AM PH Time)
