Monroe Consulting Group, an Executive Recruitment firm, partners with an organisation in the Industrial sector to hire a Sales Manager based in the Philippines. The role leads sales operations, drives commercial effectiveness, and supports sustainable business growth.

Responsibilities include overseeing daily sales activities, managing the pipeline and documentation, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and delivering performance reports to senior management.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Engineering or related field.
• At least 5 years in sales/business development/commercial operations with 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Experience managing sales pipelines, quotations, proposals, and customer accounts.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily Sales Department operations for efficient execution of activities.
• Monitor pipeline, quotations, proposals, POs, and follow-ups; ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with Sales Engineers, Account Managers, and Sales Coordinators for seamless delivery.
• Monitor targets, forecasts, KPIs, and prepare management reports.
• Lead cross-functional coordination with Warehouse, Purchasing, Finance, Logistics.
• Develop and implement sales processes, CRM/dashboards, and performance tools.
