Qualifications

Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Management, or related field.

Responsibilities

Lead business development and field sales to drive revenue growth and expand relationships across key markets.
Provide strategic leadership to the sales function and ensure achievement of sales targets and long-term market expansion initiatives.
Lead, coach, and motivate the Sales Team to achieve individual and departmental sales objectives.
Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and contracts within approved policies and authority.
Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and networking activities.
