Job summary

Monroe Consulting Group, an Executive Recruitment firm, partners with a healthcare organization in the Philippines to hire an Assistant National Sales Manager. The role leads nationwide sales initiatives, manages key hospital accounts and builds a high-performing commercial team across regions.

You will drive sustainable revenue and margin growth and serve as a development role for future National Sales Management leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; MBA advantageous.
• 8–12 years sales experience in medical devices, diagnostic imaging or hospital capital equipment.
• At least 3 years leading a sales team, including hiring, coaching and performance management.
• Proven record of personally closing high-value capital equipment deals (₱50 million and above).
• Willing to travel nationwide; valid driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead the nationwide sales effort under the direction of the President & CEO.
• Own the company's most important hospital accounts, build and manage the sales team across all regions, and be accountable for national revenue and margin growth.
• It is a development position for the National Sales Manager role.
