TELUS Digital is seeking a hands-on Manager, Sales Operations WLN Retention to coach a team of Inbound Sales Specialists and own both customer experience and sales outcomes. You will translate Canadian SMB sales strategies into frontline execution while building a high-performing sales culture, focusing on retention and revenue growth across TELUS Business products.

Own your team's sales and revenue targets, balancing conversion, productivity, pipeline health, and customer experience.
Drive healthy pipeline creation and progression with minimal leakage.
Ensure end-to-end outbound sales journey from campaign to close and first bill review.
Lead regular 1:1s, coaching, and real-time feedback to strengthen behaviors.
Use KPIs to identify trends and drive targeted action.
