TELUS Digital Philippines is seeking a hands-on Outbound Sales Leader to guide a team in delivering superior customer interactions while driving sales performance across TELUS Business products. The role blends coaching, data-driven management, and frontline execution in a fast-paced environment.

You will lead on-floor coaching, monitor performance metrics, and shape a high-performing sales culture. Strong English communication and experience in CRM tools are essential for success.

Competenze

• Leadership experience in sales or contact centre environments.
• Experience coaching and developing teams.
• Strong English communication, both written and spoken.
• Able to adapt to evolving technology and tools in a fast-paced setting.
• Growth mindset with a drive for long-term career development.
• Willingness to work 11am–8pm EST, Monday–Friday, with weekends as needed.
• Previous sales leadership or workforce management is a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM/contact centre tools (Salesforce/Genesys) is preferred.
• Background in technology, telecommunications, or SaaS sales is preferred.
