Qualifications

• Experience with contact center or outbound sales operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own team sales and revenue targets while ensuring customer experience.
• Drive pipeline health and ensure opportunities are qualified and progressed.
• Guide the outbound sales journey from campaign to close and bill review.
• Lead 1:1 coaching, provide real-time feedback, and build rep capability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer journey and sales results.
