Job summary

First Circle in the Philippines is seeking a hands-on Sales Operations Manager to join our Sales Operations team. You’ll support a ~200-person sales division by analyzing performance, refining processes, and delivering data-driven solutions to help the team convert more efficiently.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in sales operations or sales analytics, strong SQL, data analysis, and experience with sales tools.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of work experience in a sales operations, sales excellence, or a sales analytics role (ideally in fintech/tech).
• Strong analytical & technical skills: SQL, data analysis, and sales tools.
• Execution-oriented mindset: ability to identify problems, implement solutions, and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Reporting on sales team performance
• Conducting ad hoc analysis and investigations to identify opportunities for improvement
• Designing new solutions to problems that we haven’t solved
• Refining existing processes to make them run smoother or faster
• Executing (and ideally automating) recurring processes
