Job summary

SOLAR RESOURCES, INC. is seeking a detail-oriented staff member to manage reserved account folders and related data in Netsuite. You will screen folders from Sales, encode accounts in the Department Masterfile, and verify client details by phone.

You will also custodian reserved folders within Reservation Sales, encode requirements in Netsuite, set up commission schemes, update broker records, and process commissions as part of daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Screen newly reserved account folders received from Sales Department.
• Encode newly reserved accounts in the Department Masterfile.
• Conduct phone verification with clients upon receipt of account folders.
• Custodian of newly reserved account folders within Reservation Sales (RS).
• Encode RS requirements in the ERP system (Netsuite).
• Set up commission schemes per account in Netsuite.
• Update records of newly accredited brokers under Vendors in Netsuite.
• Process commissions.
• Perform other tasks as assigned per department's business processes.
