Job summary

Gomeco Metal Corporation in Metro Manila is seeking a proactive Sales Coordinator to support the sales team by tracking leads, preparing quotations, processing orders, and maintaining accurate sales records.

You will liaise with customers and internal teams, monitor sales performance, assist with training and recruitment of staff, manage budgets for incentives and travel, and ensure timely deliveries in compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• At least two years of sales experience.
• Experience in sales coordination or administrative work is a plus.
• Ability to support senior management and sales reps with extra tasks when required.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team by tracking leads and ensuring up-to-date materials.
• Prepare quotations, process orders, and verify pricing and product details.
• Enter and monitor orders to meet customer requirements and delivery dates.
