Job summary

Gomeco Metal Corporation in Metro Manila seeks a proactive sales professional to identify and pursue opportunities in construction, architectural, and real estate markets, building strong relationships with contractors, developers, architects, and project managers.

You will conduct client visits, present products, prepare proposals, and coordinate with engineering and operations to meet project specs, pricing, and installation timelines while aiming to achieve monthly and annual sales targets

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business, marketing, engineering, architecture, or related field.
• At least 1–3 years in sales, preferably in aluminum, glass, construction materials, or related industries.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of aluminum and glass systems is advantageous.
• Proficient in MS Office and basic sales reporting.
• Organized, self-motivated and results-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within construction, architectural, and real estate markets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, architects, consultants, and project managers
• Conduct client visits, product presentations, and project discussions to understand customer requirements
• Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and other sales-related documents
• Coordinate with engineering, design, and operations teams regarding project specifications, costing, and installation schedules
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to successfully close sales
• Monitor project progress and provide clients with timely updates
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and upcoming project opportunities
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while maintaining profitability
• Ensure excellent after-sales support and customer service
