Atlassian in Manila is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to optimize customer engagements and support central ticket resolution. You will work with Sales Ops, SSE, and AM teams to enhance field productivity in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

You will analyze data, present insights with confidence to leadership, and help automate day-to-day operations while ensuring policy adherence and SLA delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience in Sales Operations, BizOps, or Analytics in a B2B/SaaS setting.
• Ability to present complex data to executives with clarity and impact.
• Comfort working across multiple teams and driving process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first responder on centralized tickets and resolve within SLAs.
• Identify bottlenecks and architect scalable automation to boost productivity.
• Deliver operational analytics and reporting to monitor compliance and trends.
• Translate data trends into actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Support broader Shared Services initiatives and cross-functional projects.
