Job summary

TMASSIF INC in Davao City, Philippines is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to prepare quotations, proposals, and other sales-related documents, and to coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, Logistics, and Accounting teams for customer orders and deliveries.

The role also involves assisting in sales reports and administrative tasks, responding to customer inquiries, and providing excellent customer support in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• An engineering background or experience in the construction industry is an advantage.
• At least 2 years of experience in sales operations, sales support, or a related role is preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to learn and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.

• Prepare quotations, proposals, and other sales-related documents.
