Job summary

CitiHomes Builder and Development, Inc. (CBDI) is seeking a Sales Operations Assistant in Lipa City, Batangas. The role supports sales plans and revenue activities through broker coordination, sales campaigns, and training to strengthen the brand presence and meet targets.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and at least 2 years of sales administration experience in real estate, with strong customer relations skills and a proactive approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or other relevant business course.
• Minimum two (2) years of relevant experience in sales administration and in dealing with brokers and agents, gained from real estate or property development industry.
• With outstanding customer relations skills and must be proactive in addressing the needs of the customers.
• Willing to work in Lipa City Batangas.

Responsibilities

• Provides assistance in the implementation of sales plans and programs to achieve revenue targets.
• Implements effective and cost-efficient sales campaigns and activities such as saturation drives, exhibits and trade fairs, mall exhibits, site manning, corporate presentations, and open houses.
• Assists in developing and implementing plans to position the company’s branding in real estate and property development and attract brokers to the elite sales force.
• Conducts sales training programs and relevant sales courses, submits daily sales transaction reports, processes reservation sales, and coordinates with brokers.
• Monitors site inventory and sales updates and maintains model houses and sales sites.

About the Job:

The Sales Operations Assistant supports the execution of sales plans and revenue-generating activities through effective sales campaigns, broker coordination, and sales training. Handles reservations, prepares daily sales reports, monitors site inventory and sales updates, and ensures proper maintenance of model houses and sales sites to strengthen brand presence and achieve sales targets.

What You’ll Do:

• Provides assistance in the implementation of sales plans and programs in order to ensure the achievement of sales revenue target.
• Responsible for the implementation of effective and cost-efficient sales generating campaigns and activities such as but not limited to saturation drive, exhibits and trade fair, mall exhibits, site manning, corporate presentations, and open houses.
• Assists in the development and implementation of plans and programs that will effectively position the company’s branding in the real estate and property development industry and attract highly competent brokers to be part of the company’s group of elite sales force.
• Conducts sales training programs and relevant sales courses, prepares and submits daily sales transaction reports, accepts reservation sales, and maintains regular coordination with brokers.
• Monitors site inventory and sales updates and ensures proper maintenance of model houses and sales sites.
