Job summary

DMCI Homes is seeking a Real Estate Sales Manager for a full-time hybrid role based in Makati with some work-from-home flexibility. You will lead sales teams, develop sales strategies, and drive sales growth while ensuring exceptional customer service and market expansion.

You will oversee property sales activities, meet clients, recruit and train agents, monitor performance, and maintain strong relationships with partners.

Qualifications

• Residence in Metro Manila to effectively cover the target market.
• Experience leading a sales team in real estate or similar sales environment.
• Experience recruiting, training, and mentoring sales agents.
• Experience planning and executing sales strategies to meet targets.
• Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.

Role Description

• This is a full time hybrid role for a Real Estate Sales Manager. The Position is based in Makati with some work from home flexibility. The Real Estate Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales teams, developing sales strategies and driving sales growth. Daily tasks will include overseeing and property sales activities, meeting with clients, and ensuring exceptional customer service standards are met.

Qualifications

• Residence in Metro Manila to effectively cover the target market and team activities.


• Must be located in commutable distance to Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines


• Experience in sales management or leading a sales team in a real estate or similar sales environment.


• Experience recruiting, training, and mentoring sales agents


• Experience planning and executing sales strategies and marketing activities to meet sales targets


• Experience conducting sales meetings, trainings, and performance evaluations


• Experience building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and sales consultants


• Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills demonstrated in prior sales roles
