Job summary

MRI Software in Manila is seeking an Associate Sales Operations Specialist to provide foundational operational support to the Sales organization. You will manage opportunities, quotes, and CRM data, while coordinating standard sales processes and ensuring accuracy and compliance across teams.

The role collaborates with Revenue Operations, Order Management, and internal stakeholders to enable efficient deal progression and a positive seller experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in sales operations or related fields.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Create, update, and maintain opportunities, quotes, and account data in CRM.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of CRM records and deal documentation.
• Assist with standard quoting, approvals routing, and process administration.
• Respond to internal inquiries related to sales processes, policies, and systems.
• Escalate complex deal structures or policy exceptions to senior team members.
• Support reporting, data cleanup, and operational audits as assigned.
