MRI Software in Ortigas, Manila, is seeking an Associate Sales Operations Specialist to provide foundational operational support for the Sales organization, including opportunity administration, quote support, and CRM data management. You will collaborate with Revenue Operations and Order Management to ensure accurate records and smooth deal progression.

The role emphasizes process adherence, internal policy guidance, and efficient handling of standard sales workflows in a hybrid office setting.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in sales operations, business operations, customer support, or administrative operations.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operational requests from Sales teams
• Create, update, and maintain opportunities, quotes, and account data within Salesforce
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of CRM records and required deal documentation
• Assist with standard quoting, approvals routing, and process administration
• Respond to internal inquiries related to sales processes, policies, and systems
• Escalate complex deal structures or policy exceptions to senior team members
• Support reporting, data cleanup, and operational audits as assigned
• Maintain compliance with established operational procedures and controls
• Participate in process improvement and operational standardization initiatives

Job description

The Associate Sales Operations Specialist provides foundational operational support to the Sales organization through opportunity administration, quote support, CRM data management, and coordination of standard sales processes. This role is responsible for maintaining accuracy, responsiveness, and operational consistency while developing expertise in sales processes, systems, and policy requirements.

This position works closely with Revenue Operations, Order Management, and internal stakeholders to support efficient deal progression and a positive seller experience.
