Job summary

HRTX is seeking a Sales Operations Administrator to organize and maintain sales systems, documents, and templates. You will support the sales team by ensuring accessible content, streamlined workflows, and up-to-date materials across Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.

No advanced technical experience required; a solid grasp of Microsoft Office suite and basic office tools is essential. You will also assist with user training and ensure compliance with company guidelines in a global setting

Qualifications

• Experience in using MS Word/other MS Office applications
• Experience with Salesforce or any CRM desirable but not required
• Stakeholder management experience
• Experience in global settings desirable

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain sales systems and tools, ensuring content is organized and easily accessible.
• Upload, update and manage sales documents and assets.
• Set up and distribute templates and content across Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
• Help manage and improve document workflows to increase efficiency.
• Provide support and training to the sales team on how to use sales tools effectively.
• Ensure all documents follow company guidelines and are up to date.
