A financing company located in Leyte, Philippines is looking for a Sales Manager to deliver on sales targets and develop a high-performing sales team. The successful candidate will manage daily sales activities, oversee agents, and set sales objectives. Applicants should have at least one year of relevant experience in the financing or banking sectors and must possess a valid driver's license. This role is pivotal in ensuring the team's productivity and company standards.

Formación

• At least 1 year of experience in Lending/Financing, Banking, Credit and Collections, or related fields.
• Must be able to drive two-wheel and four-wheel vehicles with a valid driver's license.

A. Deliver on Sales Targets

• Conduct daily sales activities to meet the company’s sales and productivity targets.
• Oversee the day to day sales activities of agents under his/her leadership.
• Set sales targets for sales agents, monitors, and ensure achievement of targets.
• Develops daily and weekly itinerary for the agents to ensure that they meet required client visits

• Ensure that sales operations conducted by agents are within company standards and in support of company values.
• Implement marketing and promotional campaigns to support sales growth.

B. Develop a highly productive Sales Team

• Handle the hiring and performance of sales agents under his/her team.
• Ensure that his/her sales teams has the right tools, skills, product knowledge, and discipline to achieve high performance.

Qualifications:

• With at least 1 year of related experiencefrom any of the following industries: Lending/Financing, Banking, Credit and Collections, Local BPOs focused on Debt Management, Underwriting, or Sales of a Financing Product.
• Able to drive both two-wheel and four-wheel vehicles, with a valid and active driver's license.
