Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) is recruiting a Sales Officer to drive auto loan volume across channels and support branch and dealer relations. The role requires active engagement with clients, dealers, and internal teams to ensure timely processing and compliance.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree, has at least 1 year in retail lending or sales, and demonstrates strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
• At least 1 year experience in retail lending or sales.
• Knowledge of lending products and practices.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Willing to travel within Pagadian, Ozamis and Dipolog.

Responsabilidades

• Sell and source auto loan applications through different channels to hit volume targets.
• Address queries and needs of branches, dealers, and clients promptly.
• Visit assigned branches and dealers to update on auto-related developments.
• Review, approve, and relay Purchase Orders for Direct Marketing accounts.
• Review and relay Credit Advice for Dealer Financing accounts.
• Monitor status of applications and relay results to clients.
• Coordinate with Credit Department for prompt action and decisions.
• Arrange document signing and witness duties for Direct Marketing accounts.
• Ensure compliance and participate in mandatory trainings and seminars.
• Provide guidance to Sales Assistants to achieve targets and handle admin tasks.

Job Description

The Sales Officer is primarily responsible in generating Auto Loan Volume from different channels to attain profitability target and continue to contribute to Bank’s business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Handles selling and sourcing of auto loan applications referred by the different channel to achieve volume targets.
• Ensure that all queries and needs of branches, dealers and clients are address promptly.
• Visits assigned branches and dealers regularly to update them on auto-related developments.
• Reviews, approves, and relays Purchase Order (for Direct Marketing accounts).
• Reviews and relays Credit Advice (for Dealer Financing accounts.
• Monitors the status of application received and relay the result to the clients.
• Coordinates and makes follow ups to the Credit Department for immediate credit action and decision.
• Arranges client’s document signing and occasionally acts as witness (for Direct Marketing accounts).
• Monitors, follows up, and regularizes documentary deficiencies to ensure compliance Ensures compliance on mandatory trainings and seminars.
• Provides guidance and support to Sales Assistant to ensure they achieve target and deliver other job requirements such as administrative function.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any 4-year Bachelor’s/College Degree, preferably related to Business or marketing-related courses.
• Must have at least 1 year background in retail lending or any industry dealing with Sales Marketing.
• Knowledge and solid understanding of lending products and practices.
• Good interpersonal relationship.
• Excellent communication skills with good analytical & presentation skills.
• Excellent Selling Skills
• Willing to travel within Pagadian, Ozamis and Dipolog
