Job summary

premium kitchen equipment is seeking a results-oriented marketing and sales professional to drive growth in the Food Manufacturing territory. You will develop sales strategies, plan business development activities, and collaborate with Technical and Operations to reach revenue goals.

The role requires 3-5 years in kitchen equipment sales or product marketing, strong English and Tagalog communication, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, and other related courses.
• 3-5 years experience in Kitchen Equipment Sales, Product Marketing or related field.
• Sales experience and achievements demonstrate good sales planning, drive for results, customer focus, and coaching and development of a sales team.
• Strong Customer Service, Innovative Sales skills, Creative in Producing good quality of service, analytical for Data and Sales Reporting, and Excellent Communication skills.
• Good oral and written communication skills in English and Tagalog dialect.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and others).

Responsibilities

• Develops sales strategies for the covered in Food Manufacturing in the assigned territory
• Plans and implements Business Development activities for growing the Customer Network in the assigned territory and increasing revenues per client
• Works together with Technical and Operations to achieve common revenue and financial goals
• Generate marketing resources and run campaigns to assist work of sales teams Identify target audiences and potential sales leads through marketing campaigns
• Acts as the Regional point of coordination with Head Office Management and the support groups such as Operations, Technical, After Sales, IT, Finance, and HR.
• Ensures implementation of Marketing and Sales programs and promotions
• Works in individual development of direct reports and coaches them to achieve goals and professional growth
