J&T Express in Taguig invites a proactive Sales and Business Development professional to promote J&T Home services and expand the customer base within the BGC area. You will drive parcel volume, revenue, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities cover acquiring new customers, coordinating with stations, supporting shipments, and participating in marketing campaigns, with a focus on maintaining brand visibility and compliance with procedures.

Qualifications

• Promote J&T Home services to potential customers.
• Identify and acquire new customers within the assigned area.
• Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
• Coordinate with stations and operational teams regarding pickups, deliveries, and service issues.
• Monitor customer shipment activities and provide necessary support.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
• Assist in onboarding and guiding new J&T Home agents or partners.
• Represent J&T Home professionally at all times.
