Job summary

J&T Express is seeking a driven Sales & Marketing professional to drive growth, attract new clients, and strengthen relationships with existing accounts in the Philippines. You will support strategy development, market research, and pitches while managing multiple projects.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in business or marketing, at least 1 year in Sales & Marketing, familiarity with e-commerce or logistics, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field.
• At least 1 year relevant work experience in Sales & Mktg. (Fresh graduates welcome).
• Experience in E-Commerce or Logistics is a plus.
• With Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance to the Sales & Mktg. Head to develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
• Arrange business meetings with prospective and existing clients.
• Promote the company’s services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
• Collate and maintaining client information in the database.
• Assist the Sales & Mktg. team in developing and implementing sales strategies, client service and retention plans, and analyzing sales data to inform or update marketing strategies.
• Assist with drafting business plans, sales pitches, presentations, reference material, and other documents as required.
• Provide responses to customer inquiries in a professional manner.
• Provide daily support of business operations to customers.
• Prepare and deliver customer account reports in timely and accurate manner.
