Job summary

Neurospine Technology Trading Corporation is looking for a Sales & Marketing Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to the Sales and Marketing teams in the Philippines. You will coordinate with clients, hospitals, and internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery steps.

The role involves preparing quotations, assisting with bidding processes, maintaining records, and supporting marketing materials and events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Management, or related field.
• 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or coordination preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace.
• Knowledge of PHILGEPS and hospital bidding is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Process quotations, sales orders and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with clients, hospitals, warehouse, and accounting.
• Assist with PHILGEPS, hospital bidding, RFQs, and accreditations.
• Maintain customer records, sales reports, and account information.
• Assist in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Support product presentations, events, conferences, and marketing activities.
• Handle basic after-sales concerns and client inquiries.
