We are seeking a driven and creative Events and Marketing Manager to lead off-site sales events and brand activations — including flash sales, mall installations, pop-up shops, and similar high-visibility initiatives. You’ll also help shape and execute comparable marketing efforts across other brands under our umbrella, ensuring unified growth and visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage flash sales, pop-up activations, and mobile retail experiences in high-traffic areas like malls, plazas, and events
- Coordinate venue partnerships, permits, logistics, merchandising, staffing, and on-site branding
- Create and execute marketing campaigns that generate hype around each event, including social media, influencer outreach, SMS, and email
- Track KPIs (footfall, conversions, engagement, ROI) and refine strategies for future events
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, design, operations) to deliver seamless experiences
- Support and replicate successful event models for other brands in the group, ensuring consistent execution across all consumer-facing initiatives
- Stay updated on competitive brand activity and trending experiential marketing tactics
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in event marketing, retail activations, or experiential brand promotions, with more than 5 years in Managerial role.
- Proven success with off-site sales activations, pop-ups, or mall events
- Ability to manage multiple events and timelines across different brands or product lines
- Excellent project management, vendor coordination, and budget-handling skills
- Willingness to travel regionally for events (including weekends or evenings as needed)
- Background in fashion, beauty, or lifestyle marketing is preferred
