Capacita Human Resource Management Consultancy is hiring a Sales Manager – Specialty Chemicals / Rubber Raw Materials in Ortigas, Pasig City. You will lead sales strategies, manage key accounts, and present technical solutions to clients in the rubber industry.

The role emphasizes field visits, business development, and achieving revenue targets with an uncapped commission structure. A strong background in chemicals and customer engagement is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, engineering, marketing or business administration.
• 3–5 years in chemical industry, selling rubber raw materials.
• Technical knowledge of rubber formulations and product applications.
• Proven ability to develop accounts, generate sales opportunities, and meet targets.
• Own car for client visits and fieldwork.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies for specialty chemicals and rubber materials.
• Achieve sales volumes, revenue objectives, and performance targets.
• Identify opportunities to grow market share and expand customer base.
• Conduct technical product presentations and address customer inquiries.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial offers for projects.
• Maintain CRM records and provide market feedback to management.
