Qualifications

Graduate of any Business or Marketing related courses.
At least 5 years in Sales Department, 2 years in a managerial role.
Experience in business forms or food packaging industry preferred.
Strong sales strategy, targets, and team management skills.
Market research and business development capabilities.
Customer relationship management and customer service excellence.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies.
Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed objectives.
Identify and develop new customers and opportunities in the printing and packaging market.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
Understand customer demand.
Prepare quotations, proposals, pricing, and commercial offers with production and costing teams.
