Job summary

AP Printing and Packaging Inc. is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive targets across Metro Manila and beyond.

You will direct dealers, corporate and government accounts and oversee agents throughout Manila, Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao. The ideal candidate has a BA in Business or Marketing, at least 5 years in sales leadership, strong negotiation and reporting skills, and a proven ability to grow revenue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
• At least 5+ years experience in sales management.
• Experience working with dealers and agents.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and reporting abilities.
• Willing to work at Rodriguez Drive, Jordan Valley, Baesa, Caloocan City.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Handle dealer, corporate and government accounts.
• Manage sales agents across Manila, Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao.
• Ensure agents monitor customers' performance.
• Supervise area sales coordinators.
• Review and analyze sales reports and suggest improvements.
• Provide leadership and identify growth opportunities.
