U-BIX Corporation is seeking a Sales Manager to drive sales growth and broaden market presence across North Luzon. The role involves promoting and selling liquor and microbrewery products to restaurants, bars, hotels, and other key accounts, with active support for marketing initiatives and brand activations.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years in sales/marketing, at least 3 years in management, and an established North Luzon network. Extensive travel and field visits are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, sales, or related field.
• 5–8 years of sales/marketing experience, preferably in liquor, beverages, FMCG, brewery, microbrewery, or hospitality.
• At least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Willing to travel extensively within North Luzon.

The Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market presence, and building strong customer relationships across North Luzon for our F&B group. This role focuses on promoting and selling liquor and microbrewery products to restaurants, bars, hotels, and other key accounts. The position also supports marketing initiatives, brand activations, and promotional activities to enhance product visibility, strengthen brand awareness, and increase market penetration.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.

• Familiarity with liquor, alcoholic beverage, or microbrewery products and processes is an advantage.

• With existing network of distributors, wholesalers, retailers, bars, restaurants, hotels, and other on-premise or off-premise accounts within North Luzon is highly preferred.

• Willing to travel extensively within North Luzon and conduct regular field visits.

• Minimum of 5-8 years of sales and marketing experience, preferably in the liquor, beverage, FMCG, brewery, microbrewery, or hospitality industry.

• At least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role

• Knowledge of North Luzon market dynamics, trade channels, and distribution networks is an advantage.

• Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.

Working Schedule:

• 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM, Monday to Friday

• Reports to the office in Makati City

• Conducts regular field work in North Luzon and nearby areas
