U-BIX Corporation is seeking a Sales Manager to drive sales growth and broaden market presence across North Luzon. The role involves promoting and selling liquor and microbrewery products to restaurants, bars, hotels, and other key accounts, with active support for marketing initiatives and brand activations.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years in sales/marketing, at least 3 years in management, and an established North Luzon network. Extensive travel and field visits are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, sales, or related field.
• 5–8 years of sales/marketing experience, preferably in liquor, beverages, FMCG, brewery, microbrewery, or hospitality.
• At least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Willing to travel extensively within North Luzon.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and expand market presence across North Luzon.
• Build strong customer relationships with restaurants, bars, hotels, and key accounts.
• Promote and sell liquor and microbrewery products; support marketing initiatives and brand activations.
• Conduct regular field visits and report to Makati office.
