You will mentor reps, oversee daily operations, and execute strategic plans to hit team targets. The role requires 3+ years in sales with 1–2 years in leadership, strong English communication, CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot), and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in sales with at least 1–2 years in a leadership role.
• Proficient in conversational English for daily team and client communication.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed team revenue quotas.
• Familiarity with CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot) and strong leadership/negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and coach sales reps through regular 1-on-1s and pipeline reviews.
• Set team quotas/KPIs, build go-to-market strategies, and deliver accurate sales forecasts.
• Step in to assist reps with key accounts and high‑value negotiations.
• Track sales metrics and optimize customer pipeline movement using CRM.
