Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management is seeking a Sales Manager to lead the Sales Engineers, drive the group to meet sales targets, and report to the Vice President for Sales.

You will develop operating plans and objectives, organize sales strategies to generate targeted volume, review prices for profitability, oversee promotions, maintain relations with customers and suppliers, recruit and train staff, and coordinate with other departments on credit and collections.

Qualifications

• Graduate with a Bachelor's degree.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Sales Manager.
• Experience in water filtration, kitchen equipment or laundry sales preferred.
• Must be goal-oriented with strong strategic planning and organizing skills.
