Job summary

Our Clients, based in Davao City, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager responsible for achieving sales targets and for guiding the Sales Engineers under your supervision.

You will set strategic plans, design pricing and bids, and oversee marketing initiatives to grow volume while preserving profitability. The role requires strong leadership, customer and supplier relations, and collaboration with finance to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a Sales Manager role or equivalent leadership position.
• Sales background in water filtration, kitchen equipment, laundry machines, or similar technical/industrial products preferred.
• Strong strategic planning and organizational skills, with a clear goal-oriented mindset.
• Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate a sales team to consistently meet or exceed targets.
• Solid negotiation and relationship-building skills with both clients and suppliers.
• Willing to be based in Davao.

Responsibilities

• Strategic planning & target setting for sales growth.

• Pricing & Bid Management: Review and evaluate selling prices to maximize contribution margins; lead pricing strategy and bid development.
• Marketing & Promotions: Oversee promotional and advertising initiatives supporting the sales program; align campaigns with sales objectives.
• Client & Supplier Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers; serve as key contact for important accounts.
• Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, train, and develop Sales Engineers; coach and manage performance.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Work with finance to resolve credit/collection issues; ensure smooth order processing and after-sales support.
• Take on additional responsibilities and projects as assigned by management.
