Role Description

The Sales Manager – Food Service will oversee and grow food service accounts, focusing on restaurants, hotels, catering services, and institutional clients in Quezon City and surrounding areas. This full-time, on-site role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing existing customer relationships, preparing and presenting product proposals, and negotiating pricing and contract terms. The Sales Manager will regularly visit clients, monitor market trends, coordinate closely with logistics and marketing teams, and ensure timely delivery and high customer satisfaction. The role also includes forecasting sales, tracking performance against targets, and providing regular reports to senior management while supporting promotional activities and product launches.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and account management skills, including lead generation, relationship building, and negotiation for food service or FMCG products.
• Knowledge of food service operations, menu planning, and purchasing processes within restaurants, hotels, and institutional catering.
• Ability to analyze sales data, prepare forecasts, and develop strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to conduct product demonstrations and client meetings on-site.
• Proven organizational and time-management skills, including territory planning and regular client visitation schedules.
• Experience collaborating with internal teams such as logistics, marketing, and finance to support customer needs and resolve issues.
• Minimum of 10-15 years of relevant sales experience in food service, distribution, or related industries; management experience is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Comfort working in an on-site environment in Quezon City and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
• Proficiency in basic office and sales tools (e.g., spreadsheets, CRM or sales tracking systems) and a valid driver's license is preferred.
