Job summary

SALES RAIN BPO, INC. is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead the sales team at the Quezon City location. The role focuses on driving growth, developing sales strategies, and building strong customer relationships to maximize revenue and profitability.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum 2 years in a managerial role, strong communication skills, and experience in sales strategy implementation. Shift is 9:00 AM–6:00 PM with HMO upon regularization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in real estate or hospitality.
• Excellent communication skills and customer relationship management experience.
• Proven experience in sales strategy implementation and strategic thinking.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base.
• Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
• Identify market opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
• Monitor sales metrics and analyze performance data to optimize sales strategies and processes.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with company objectives.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
