Job Description

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for building and managing your own sales team, driving sales performance, and implementing effective marketing strategies to generate leads and close property sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and Lead a Sales Team – Recruit, develop, train, and manage a team of Property Consultants to achieve individual and team sales targets.


• Drive Sales Performance – Develop sales strategies, monitor team performance, and ensure the achievement of sales goals.


• Oversee Digital Marketing Activities – Plan, implement, and monitor the team's digital marketing campaigns to generate quality leads and maximize online presence.


• Develop Sales Opportunities – Identify new markets, expand networks, and implement effective prospecting strategies to generate business.


• Coach and Develop Team Members – Provide guidance, sales training, and mentorship to help team members improve their performance and grow professionally.

Qualifications and Specifications

• Sales Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Candidates from industries outside real estate are welcome to apply.

• Digital Marketing Skills: Familiarity with digital marketing platforms, particularly Facebook and Instagram advertising, is an advantage.
