Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in REM, Marketing, Finance, Commerce, Advertising/Sales, or Business Administration.
• At least 2 years in Sales, Marketing, or Real Estate.
• Strong corporate sales network and leadership capability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a minimum of five salespersons promoting PHirst Park Homes developments.
• Recruit, onboard, train, coach, and motivate salespersons to hit targets.
• Generate sales opportunities via personal, corporate, community, and professional networks.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, corporate partners, and local orgs.
• Guide salespersons in lead generation, client presentations, site visits, negotiations, and closing.
• Monitor performance and provide regular coaching and direction.
• Conduct team meetings and business development activities.
• Identify new market opportunities to increase property sales.
• Stay updated on PHirst developments, pricing, promotions, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Ensure proper implementation of company sales policies and programs.
• Consistently achieve and exceed team sales targets.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for building and managing a productive sales team, developing client and corporate networks, implementing sales strategies, and driving property sales performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and manage a minimum of five (5) salespersons in promoting PHirst Park Homes developments.


• Recruit, onboard, train, coach, and motivate salespersons to achieve their targets.


• Generate sales opportunities through personal, corporate, community, and professional networks.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, corporate partners, and local organizations.


• Guide and support salespersons in lead generation, client presentations, site visits, negotiations, and closing.


• Monitor individual and team performance and provide regular coaching and direction.


• Conduct team meetings, sales briefings, and business development activities.


• Identify new market opportunities and initiatives to increase property sales.


• Stay updated on PHirst developments, pricing, promotions, market trends, and competitor activities.


• Ensure proper implementation of company sales policies, processes, and programs.


• Consistently achieve and exceed assigned team sales targets.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Preferably a Bachelor’s Degree holder in, Real Estate Management (REM), Marketing, Finance, Commerce, Advertising/Sales, Business Administration, or any relevant field


• At least two (2) years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Real Estate.


• Strong corporate sales network is a must.


• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop a sales team.


• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.


• Results-oriented with strong business development and relationship-building capabilities.


• Willing to conduct field-based sales activities and client engagements.

TEAM REQUIREMENT

The Sales Manager will be expected to lead and manage a minimum team of five (5) salespersons dedicated to promoting PHirst Park Homes developments, with a strong focus on local market penetration and client acquisition.
