MNLeistung Inc. is seeking a Sales Manager / Senior Sales Manager (Software Solutions) to drive business growth, build strong client relationships, and promote our own IT software products.

You will identify and acquire new B2B clients, conduct meetings and product demonstrations, understand client needs, and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing. Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new corporate (B2B) clients via field sales and referrals.
• Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and software demos.

• Build long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
• Grow existing accounts and identify new business opportunities.

Job Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new corporate (B2B) clients through field sales, networking, referrals, and outbound prospecting.
• Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and software demonstrations.
• Understand clients' business requirements and recommend the most suitable software solutions.
• Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and proposal preparation to negotiation and closing.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
• Grow and manage existing accounts while identifying new business opportunities.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and pipeline updates.
• For Senior Sales Manager applicants, lead, coach, and develop the sales team to consistently achieve targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or any related field.
• At least 3 years of B2B sales experience. Experience in software, IT solutions, SaaS, or technology sales is an advantage.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Excellent client relationship management and business development skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of managing a sales pipeline independently.
• Willing to travel for client meetings and field sales activities.
• Leadership experience is preferred for Senior Sales Manager applicants.
