Job summary

Seda Vertis North in Quezon City is seeking a Sales Manager to drive room, banquet, and other hotel revenue by cultivating key accounts and identifying new business opportunities. The role requires managing accounts, conducting sales calls, and coordinating with Revenue, Events, and Reservations to meet client requirements.

The candidate will monitor market trends and competitor activity to support the hotel’s sales strategy and revenue targets, with emphasis on strong relationship management

Qualifications

• Graduate in Hotel/Restaurant Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• At least 3 years in hotel sales, account management, or related commercial role.
• Experience handling corporate, government, travel trade, MICE, or other hotel market segments preferred.
• Strong sales, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Proven ability to develop new accounts and maintain existing business.
• Good understanding of hotel room, banquet, and events sales.
• Results-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with hotel sales systems, CRM tools, or PMS is an advantage.
• Willing to travel or conduct client calls as needed.
• Willing to be assigned at Seda Vertis North, Quezon City.
