Hire for a supervisory role with 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in real estate, and a strong focus on CRM-driven processes, lead generation, and field leadership.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of sales experience.
• Real estate sales experience preferred.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Familiar with sales funnels, CRM tools, and digital marketing.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Willing to do field work as needed.
