Job summary

Fairmont Makati seeks an accomplished sales professional to drive revenue growth across luxury segments in Manila. You will manage contracts, develop pricing, negotiate terms, and build strong relationships with corporate accounts and travel partners.

You will execute strategic plans, represent the hotel at events, and monitor trends to stay competitive. Collaboration with internal teams ensures seamless group bookings and VIP experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field.
• Minimum of five years in a luxury hotel sales environment is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and sales software tools.
