Job summary

Truevis Technologies is seeking a seasoned medical equipment specialist to lead clinical training, technical support and data collection for LINAC and large-bore CT scanners. You will train users, demonstrate clinical workflows, and help raise treatment planning and QA standards.

With a bachelor’s degree in engineering or life sciences and at least 10 years in hospital radiotherapy, you will engage with oncologists, medical physicists, and international partners.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of clinical radiotherapy experience in a hospital setting.
• Strong familiarity with current radiotherapy workflows and competing equipment.

Scope and responsibilities:

• Product & Clinical Application: Master the equipment features of linear accelerators (LINAC) and large-bore CT scanners. Independently train customers on product usage, navigate clinical workflows, and fully demonstrate clinical applications to users (including but not limited to patient positioning, treatment planning, and quality assurance for both equipment and patients).
• Technical Support & Data Collection: Provide parameter adjustments and verification for linear accelerators and large-bore CTs, and actively collect clinical usage data from hospitals.
• Market & R&D Feedback: Understand and gather user requirements and market intelligence, providing actionable feedback to the R&D department.
• Client Enablement: Assist users in elevating their radiotherapy treatment planning capabilities and quality control standards.
• Academic Collaboration: Collaborate with users to co-author and submit various clinical research papers.
• Global Marketing & Event Participation: Cooperate with international agents as required by the company to organize and attend academic radiotherapy exhibitions and conferences.
• Sales Support: Accompany local distributors or assist the company's sales personnel in visiting potential client hospitals to conduct product promotion and marketing activities.
• Marketing Material Creation: Create various product marketing presentations (PPTs) that effectively introduce technical features and clinical applications.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Candidate Profile: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or Life Sciences etc.
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of clinical work experience in hospital radiotherapy, with a comprehensive understanding of standard radiotherapy workflows.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong familiarity with mainstream competitor equipment currently in the market.
• Professional Communication: Ability to effectively communicate advanced clinical knowledge with hospital radiation oncologists and medical physicists.
• Travel & Adaptability: A strong willingness to travel frequently and excellent adaptability to different environments.
