Responsibilities

• Clinical Support: Provide clinical support and guidance to healthcare professionals, patients, and internal teams on the use and benefits of our products.


• Product Training: Conduct product training sessions for healthcare providers and staff to ensure proper usage and understanding of imaging products such as Ultrasound, Xray, CT Scan and MRI.


• Market Awareness: Stay informed about market trends, competitor products, and industry developments to provide valuable insights and recommendations.


• Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, patients, and other stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.


• Product Promotion: Develop and implement strategies to promote our products to healthcare professionals and clinics.


• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of clinical activities, patient interactions, and product usage for reporting and compliance purposes.


• Technical Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting.
