Qualifications

• 3-5 years of sales leadership experience

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow B2B, B2G, distributorship, and institutional accounts.
• Own lead generation for assigned accounts through outbound efforts.
• Identify and participate in events to generate leads.
• Conduct client meetings and negotiations to close deals.
• Develop and execute pricing strategies and sales initiatives.
• Improve sales framework and reporting systems for the department.
• Lead and manage the sales team, setting targets and monitoring performance.
• Coordinate with other departments for timely execution of sales commitments.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and requirements.
• Act as Area Manager for VizMin Sales Operations if needed

1. Manage and grow B2B, B2G, Distributorship and institutional accounts from prospecting to deal closure.

2. Own lead generation for CS assigned accounts through outbound efforts, partnerships, and networking.

3. Identify, plan, and participate in events, exhibits, trade shows, and industry activities to generate leads and expand networks.

4. Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals.

5. Develop and execute deals, pricing strategies, promotions, and sales initiatives to drive conversions.

6. Establish and continuously improve the sales framework, processes, CRM discipline, and reporting systems for the department.

7. Lead, coach, and manage the sales team, setting targets and monitoring performance.

8. Coordinate with Warehouse, Marketing, and Accounting to ensure feasible, profitable, and timely execution of sales commitments.

9. Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and B2G requirements when applicable.

10. Acts as Area Manager for VizMin Sales Operations if need arises.
