POSITION OBJECTIVE:

A Sales and Marketing Manager's objective is to propel the company's growth through a two-pronged approach. Firstly, the manager spearheads initiatives to increase sales. This involves crafting and implementing strategic sales plans, managing and motivating sales teams to achieve ambitious targets, and analyzing data to identify areas for improvement. Secondly, the manager focuses on expanding brand awareness and market reach. This is achieved by conducting market research to understand customer needs, developing targeted marketing campaigns across various channels, staying abreast of industry trends, and fostering a strong brand identity.

By bridging the gap between sales and marketing teams, the manager ensures their efforts are seamlessly aligned, ultimately driving the company towards revenue and market share success.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities
