Job summary

Unilogix, Inc. in Parañaque City is seeking an Assistant Logistics Supervisor who will assist the Warehouse Supervisor to ensure accurate, timely, and safe receiving, storing, and releasing of stock to support production and profitability.

You will prepare orders, reconcile shipments, and complete necessary documentation while reporting onsite at Merville. A background in supply chain, warehouse management, and the food industry is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business management or supply chain management or related field.
• Experience in warehouse management.
• Experience in the food industry is a major advantage.
• Willing to report onsite at Merville, Parañaque City.

The Assistant Logistics Supervisor assists the Warehouse Supervisor in all activities to ensure the accurate, timely and safe receiving, storing, release, replenishment and inventory of materials to support production operations and business profitability needs.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Receive and inspect deliveries to confirm the correct quantity and type of stock have been delivered.

• Prepare client orders by accurately picking and loading the required stock.

• Review, verify, and reconcile shipping documents to ensure accuracy.

• Assist with the completion of paperwork and necessary documentation.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management/Supply Chain Management or any related course

• With experience in Warehouse Management

• Experience in Food Industry is a major advantage
