Goldilocks Bakeshop Inc. seeks a Logistics Supervisor to oversee day-to-day logistics and distribution, ensuring timely and safe movement of finished products and materials. The role requires coordinating dispatch, drivers, and routes while enforcing food-safety and safety procedures.

You will collaborate with multiple departments to maintain uninterrupted product distribution and report to various plant cold storage facilities as needed, with shift-based work expectations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day logistics and distribution activities to ensure timely, accurate and safe movements of goods.
• Coordinate dispatch and delivery, monitor drivers and route execution, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Collaborate with Logistics Manager, Warehouse, Production, Store Operations and QA to maintain uninterrupted distribution.
• Be willing to report to multiple plant cold storage facilities and work shifting schedules.
• Engage in project-based contract assignments as required.

The Logistics Supervisor is responsible for supervising and coordinating day-to-day logistics and distribution activities to ensure the timely, accurate, safe, and efficient movement of finished products, raw materials, packaging materials, and other company goods.

The position oversees dispatch and delivery activities, coordinates drivers and delivery personnel, monitors vehicle utilization and route execution, and ensures compliance with company policies, food-safety standards, safety requirements, and delivery procedures.

The Logistics Supervisor works closely with the Logistics Manager, Warehouse, Production, Store Operations, Quality Assurance, and other departments to ensure uninterrupted and efficient product distribution.

Must be willing to report to any of the plant cold storage facilities.
