• Represents the company in acquiring new accounts and maximizing potential of existing accounts to meet monthly sales targets.
• Does telemarketing for sourcing of accounts.
• Prepares documents to open an account such as rate cards, sales instructions and other documents required by Finance Team for credit line application.
• Conducts alignment meetings with teams involved to discuss complex operational requirements of new accounts.
• Prepares sales highlights as an update to their sales call.
• Performs account maintenance in coordination with CS Team and other departments.
• Conducts periodic business reviews for each account and updates management as needed.
• Prepares sales reports highlighting revenue from each account for performance reference.
• Ensures continuous improvement of service through effective communication and teamwork.
• Reviews and suggests improvements to current processes to achieve better results.

About the role

This position's primary task is to represent the company in acquiring new accounts and maximize the full potential of existing accounts to achieve monthly sales targets. Sales targets are mandated by management and are periodically subject to review and changes.

Key responsibilities

• Does telemarketing for sourcing of accounts
• Prepares the necessary documents in order to open an account such as rate cards, sales instructions and other documents required by Finance Team for credit line application
• Conducts alignment meetings with teams involved to discuss any complex operational requirements of new accounts
• Prepares sales highlights as an update to their sales call
• Does account maintenance in coordination with CS Team and other departments depending on the need/requirements of the accounts
• Conducts periodic business review for each of their accounts and updates management as needed
• Prepares sales report to highlight revenue acquired from each account and as a reference of their performance
• Ensures continuous improvement of service through effective communication and teamwork
• Reviews and suggests improvement to current process to achieve better results
